However, Returns/Refunds would only be accepted if goods received are defective, spurious, not as advertised/agreed upon or delivered later than stated delivery date. In that case the customer can ship the item in question to the operational address ( 68, Lane No. 4, Guru Gobind Singh Nagar, Jalandhar, 144001 ) and on receipt of the item , the refund shall be issued within 7 - 21 days. Refund will be reflected in the same account that was used to make the payment.
